(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Gong practitioner Xiang Fuyan from Benxi City, Liaoning Province was recently sentenced to four years in prison by the Mingshan District Court.
A lawyer entered a non-guilty plea during the so-called hearing, but Mingshan District Court Judge Ji Yunqin disregarded the evidence and sentenced Xiang Fuyan to imprisonment.
Benxi City Domestic Security Division officers, along with officers from other police stations, committed a crime under orders from the city's 610 Office. They arrested more than 20 practitioners at their work places and residences on October 28-29, 2010, and held them in the Benxi Detention Center. Xiang Fuyan was among them; arrested at his home on October 28, 2010.

Liang Erlong: Arrested at home by officers from the Pingshan Police
Station
Zhang Wenjun: Arrested at home by officers from the Qianjin Police
Station
Qu Yali: Arrested by officers from the Nandi Police Station
Cheng Yujuan and Guo Hongxin: Arrested by officers from the
Pingshan Police Station and Domestic Security Division
Zhao Liyuan and her husband Li Yibing: Arrested at home at the hand
of officers from the Mingshan Domestic Security Division
Wang Yonghua and Zhang Yunsheng: Arrested at home in Huanren
County
Liu Shiye and his wife Bai Ling: Arrested at home in Nanfen
Su Guangyu: Arrested by officers from the Shujing Police
Station
All the above mentioned practitioners are currently in the Benxi Detention Center, and their homes were ransacked.
Mr. Jiang Xiaohu's whereabouts are unknown.
