(Clearwisdom.net) Ms. Li Hua had once been very sick, but after cultivating Falun Dafa, her illnesses were completely cured. Both her mind and body became healthy and she lived according to the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. On July 14, 2005, the Tahe County 610 Office, Domestic Security agents arrested her at her home. They ransacked the house and detained her for 15 days. She was released after they extorted 5,000 yuan from her.

One week after she returned home, police arrested her and she was detained in Tahe County Detention Center, then sentenced to one year of forced labor, and taken to Qiqihar City Forced Labor Camp. It is not known yet what kinds of torture Ms. Li received there, but after 11 months, when she was released on July 8, 2006, she looked much older, was extremely slow-minded, and could hardly talk. She did not respond to any questions. Her watch and gold ring were missing. According to other practitioners who were detained in Qiqihar Forced Labor Camp with Ms. Li, during her final months in the labor camp, she was always closely monitored by assigned prisoners or guards, and she could not take care of herself.

Upon returning home, Ms. Li always stood outside the door of her home and did not recognize people and had no appetite for food. One day she suddenly fell down, and her family took her to the hospital. The doctor diagnosed her with having tuberculosis, minor brain atrophy, and cerebral infarction, etc. She was as thin as a skeleton and she could not talk, or eat, or move. She rarely showed any response when people spoke to her. She passed way on July 28, 2006.
