(Clearwisdom.net) At approximately 9 a.m. on September 26, 2009, Falun Gong practitioner Ms. He Xuehua was captured by Chinese Communist Party (CCP) agents from her village while she was shopping at a supermarket. She is from Group 1, Paifangwan Village, Xinjian Town, Shunqing District, Nanchong City, Sichuan Province. The violence used by the agents caused an angry crowd to gather around. At that point two men loudly and falsely accused Ms. He Xuehua selling people counterfeit, poisonous medication, something completely unrelated to Falun Gong. The two men then brutally beat her and incited onlookers to do the same. Much of her hair was ripped out, and her head was bruised and cut. She was covered in bruises, and her chest and ribs were injured. Later it was discovered that this incident was arranged by the 610 Office officials of the Shunqing District in Nanchong City.
The incident started when three CCP members--Lin Gang, Zheng Xiaogang and Ren Zhigang of Paifangwan Village, Xinjian Town--grabbed Ms. He and tried to force her to go with them. The three men dragged Ms. He for several dozen yards to a parking lot outside the west gate of the market. More than a hundred people had gathered around the commotion by then. A few people were outraged at what was going on, got angry with the three men, and shouted, "Why are you holding this person without a good reason?" The crowd demanded that the three men show their identification and waited for their response. The situation was in a deadlock, until suddenly two men rushed up to Ms. He and began to brutally beat her. They shouted, "This woman is responsible for the poisonous shots and incited several onlookers to join in beating her. Finally Ms. He was beaten unconscious. When she regained consciousness and opened her eyes, she was surrounded by uniformed policemen and a man dressed in civilian clothes. The civilian-clad man was Yu Xiangming, the head of the 610 Office of the Shunqing District. Ms. He was then taken to the Xishan-Yangrenwan Brainwashing Center in Nanchong City. This was the fourth time that she had been sent to a brainwashing center.
On September 27, 2009, the head of the brainwashing center Fu Shaolin told Ms. He, "Yu Xiangming said that you were the one responsible for the poisonous shots." It was then that Ms. He Xuehua realized that she had been set up by the Nanchong City 610 Office.
In the brainwashing center, Ms. He's feet were injured when she tried to flee. As a result she could barely walk. The administrator there, Fu Shaolin, did not allow other inmates to take food to her upstairs, saying, "Let her crawl downstairs if she wants to eat."
On October 3, 2009, at 10 p.m., Fu Shaolin went to Ms. He's room and said, "He Xuehua, we are not afraid of your running away. That day (referring to when Ms. He was beaten at the supermarket), if your son had not shown up, you would have been beaten to death."
In the same brainwashing center with Ms. He were two other practitioners. One of them was 60-year-old Ms. Cui Pingrong, who is from Qingju Town of Nanchong City. Before she was arrested, she lived in her son's home in Shenzhen City. While Ms. Cui was taking care of her sister-in-law in a hospital, the local CCP personnel took her into custody from the hospital and took her to the Nanchong City Brainwashing Center.
The other practitioner was Ms. Nie Jinxiu, who is from Peng'an County, Nanchong City, and is around 70 years old. She had earlier been persecuted and imprisoned for one and a half years at the Nanmusi Women's Forced Labor Camp of Zizhong City, Sichuan Province. This time, she was directly taken to the Nanchong City Xishan Brainwashing Center by 610 Office personnel.
On October 25, 2009, the three practitioners were released.
