In China, Falun Dafa practitioners are constantly being arrested and thrown into detention centers. But they have realized the meaning of being in jail, and become more enlightened to the benevolence and harmony of Falun Dafa. In these special circumstances, they are not simply eliminating karma or enduring hardships. There are all kinds of people with predestined affinity waiting for them. Falun Dafa is now giving every life an opportunity of being reborn.

Ms. Liu is a Falun Dafa practitioner in Hebei province. When she was detained in a local detention center, she ran into a lady who was detained there because of disputes in business. Because she had had such a good life ever since childhood and also because she felt she had been wronged, she could not stand for the hardships in the detention center. Therefore, she complained tearfully to Ms. Liu. After learning that Ms. Liu is a Falun Dafa practitioner, she told her a story of her affinity with Falun Dafa. The day before she was detained, she and her husband stayed in a hotel where they felt very bad about those mad TV programs denouncing Falun Dafa. Unexpectedly, they found a book of "Zhuan Falun" under their quilt. They read through the whole book on that night and thought that Falun Dafa is really good. They generated a thought to take the book with them, but after some hesitation they still put it back. Ms. Liu told this lady her own cultivation experience and Falun Dafa's principles. She also helped her settle all kinds of anxieties. Three days of communication made this lady realize that it was for her to obtain Falun Dafa that she was detained. She said she would consult Ms. Liu later about cultivation. Ms. Liu told her, "Falun Dafa practitioners are everywhere. All of them would try their best to help you." Later on, the person who sent her into the detention center took her home.

Wang and Zhang from Hebei province were arrested when they went to appeal in Beijing. They were transferred to a local detention center where they met a person who had already been detained there for more than 40 days. This person told Wang and Zhang that he had been such a person that when he was hit by somebody's car he would stand up and say, "It doesn't matter. You can go." But this time for no reason, he wounded a person. After some conversation, they found that this person was quite eager to learn more about Falun Dafa. Wang and Zhang thought that they could be transferred to other places very soon. Thus they decided to introduce him the book "Zhuan Falun" chapter by chapter. They started from "Statements". On the third day when they were introducing him chapter eight on "Whoever practices cultivation will attain Gong", they were taken away by the police. Before they were taken away, they left him their addresses, and promised that they would give him a copy of "Zhuan Falun". This person had been left alone for over 40 days in the detention center. But right after Wang and Zhang left, he was interrogated.

Genuine Falun Dafa practitioners in China all feel that it is their responsibility to introduce Falun Dafa, defend Falun Dafa and assist Falun Dafa. In these adverse circumstances, Falun Dafa practitioners walked into the lowest level of human society to reveal Falun Dafa's benevolence to every kind-hearted person with predestined affinity. In jail, some practitioners talked with prisoners one by one. In some jails, the "head of prisoners" asked a prisoner to stand sentry while Falun Dafa practitioners was talking about their cultivation experience. A prisoner who has been detained for 10 years sighed, "I would have never committed a crime if I had known the Buddha Law 10 years earlier." An elder lady who could not read recited "Master Li Hongzhi" and "Zhen-Shan-Ren (Truthfulness-Benevolence-Tolerance)" again and again. Some Falun Dafa practitioners said that if there were people with predestined affinity in jail, they would not mind going into the jail to introduce Falun Dafa to them.

The Buddha's light illuminates everywhere and enlightens people in every corner of the world. Please treasure this opportunity. Hope everyone who treasures his life of eternity would treasure this principle of universe that has created all lives and the environment for all lives. Treasuring Falun Dafa is the same as treasuring oneself!
