  • Vancouver, Canada: Practitioners Expose Atrocities Inside Sujiatun Concentration Camp and Call for International Investigation

From March 15 to 19, Vancouver practitioners held photo exhibits and a signature drive outside the Vancouver Art Museum, in Chinatown and at the Metrotown mall in Burnaby to call upon the public to pay close attention to the atrocities happening inside the Sujiatun Concentration Camp. They collected signatures for an appeal letter which calls on the Canadian government to condemn the abhorrent crimes of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and form a delegation to investigate the concentration camp. The letter will be delivered to Parliament.

Practitioners' truth-clarifying posters displayed in front of the Vancouver Art Museum

From March 15 to 17, in the afternoons, it was very cold and rainy. Practitioners nevertheless distributed fliers to expose the atrocities. The photo displays attracted many people to stop to watch, and many of them signed their names on the appeal letter and said that the public must stop the recurrence of crimes like the Nazi's. Falun Gong spokeswoman Ying Lee accepted an interview from the 24 Hours newspaper.

Cavelle is a teacher, and she collected signatures in front of the art museum. She said that even now, in the 21st century, crimes similar to those inside Nazi concentration camps are happening in China. The CCP even harvests hearts, livers, kidneys and skin from practitioners alive. We absolutely will not tolerate such crimes. As members of the civilized society, all people should step forward and publicly demand an end to the persecution of Falun Gong.

Vancouver citizen Mark Widdows learned about the news from internet. He then came to practitioners' 24-hour protest site in front of the Chinese Consulate to learn more about the persecution. He said that he would start to learn Falun Gong and asked where he could buy Zhuan Falun. He then went to the Vancouver Art Museum where he told many passersby the truth of Falun Gong in rain.

A young lady told practitioners that she would return to Mainland China soon. Nevertheless, she signed her name to express her support for Falun Gong because she found a familiar face from the photo display. The practitioner she knew very well was persecuted to death and had organs removed by the CCP.

On the weekend of March 18 and 19, more practitioners came out to expose the atrocities. They formed groups of 2 or 3 people to and distribute fliers and collect signatures at many bustling intersections.

Many passerby stopped to watch practitioners' posters first and then signed their petition

At a grocery store in Chinatown, a Chinese didn't believe Sujiatun concentration camp exists and refused to listen to practitioners' explanation. At that very moment, a middle-aged Chinese stepped forward and said to him: I just came from China, and I know how corrupt the government is. The officials never serve people and only want money. You see they are now trying to make profit by selling organs removed from people alive. We are all human. How can you have no sympathy?" The man said that the practitioners were arrested because made trouble, so the other gentleman replied: Falun Gong is practiced in so many countries, why can't people in China practice? The Chinese government must be wrong.

At the Metrotown mall in Burnaby, a senior Russian lady stayed at the photo exhibit for quite a while. She said: I lived in the Soviet Union in the past. I know the crimes of communist party very well. People in North America have no experience with communism, and you should continue your hard work to let them know all these atrocities.

Russian lady (Second to the left): You should Keep up your good work!

Miller is about 10 years old and she came to Chinatown with her family for fun. After learning about the persecution facts, Miller made a special request for Chinese materials. She said that she would give them to her Chinese teachers in her school.

During the 5 days of activities, practitioners collected several thousand signatures. Ms. Xiong collected signatures in Chinatown. She said, "In the past, people who signed our petitions were mainly westerners. However, this time I noticed that many Chinese stepped forward to show their support. Some even left their phone numbers."

A middle-aged lady said, "It [the persecution] is too brutal. Every Chinese should step forward [to resist the persecution]."

Some civilians told practitioners, "What you are doing is very good, thank you!"

San Diego, CA: Exposing CCP's Atrocity in Sujiatun Concentration Camp and Supporting Nine Million withdrawals

At noon of March 21, 2006, practitioners in San Diego and people from all circles held a press conference in front of city hall to expose the atrocities in Sujiatun Concentration Camp. The rally also supported the nine million Chinese people who have renounced CCP membership.

Several organizations participated in the rally, including San Diego Service Center for Quitting CCP, The Epoch Times San Diego Branch, Grand Alliance for Breaking Away from the CCP, Chinese Communist Party Massacre Historical Evidence Memorial Hall Committee, Falun Dafa Club at University of California at San Diego, and Readers' Association of Nine Commentaries at San Diego.

After the exposure of Sujiatun atrocity, practitioners in San Diego explained the facts to government, media and local people and called for their attention. The practitioners and other organizations held a three-day Journey of Falun Dafa photo exhibition and relay hunger strike.

Mr. Jian Li, Director of The Epoch Times San Diego Branch, gave a speech in the press conference and exposed CCP's evil nature. He said, "CCP is not responding though the Sujiatun crimes have been revealed for over ten days. We know CCP's evil nature. CCP could kill all practitioners there to destroy evidence and decorate Sujiatun hospital. Then the hospital can be open to visitors. Thus, the rescuing of practitioners there are even more urgent."

Reporters from San Diego TV Channel 10 participated in the press conference. At the end of the conference, Mr. Jerry Sanders, Mayor of San Diego, passed by. A practitioner handed a flyer to him and briefly narrated the Sujiatun crimes. He accepted the flyer and listened to the practitioners' explanation. Passers-by were shocked after learning about the atrocities in Sujiatun. People signed on petition letter to call on international community to immediately investigate Sujiatun Concentration Camp and rescue the practitioners there.

Ireland: Falun Gong Practitioners Call On Irish Government to Pay Attention to the Sujiatun Concentration Camp

On the morning of March 22, 2006, Falun Gong practitioners from Ireland came to the Irish parliament to appeal the government and people to pay attention to the Sujiatun atrocities and help stop the CCP regime's violence.

Calling on the government and people to pay attention to Sujiatun in front of the Irish Parliament

According to report from the Epoch Times, the concentration camp is located at Liaoning Provincial Thrombosis Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine in Sujiatun, Shenyang City. Since 2001, the concentration camp has secretly imprisoned approximately 6000 Falun Gong practitioners. None of them have been able to leave the camp alive. The hospital has engaged in harvesting organs like kidneys, livers, and cornea from Falun Gong practitioners when they were still alive. The remains of the practitioners are cremated in a crematorium modified from a boiler room on site.

A practitioner told media that the Irish government should not turn a blind eye to this matter. Many years ago, many people already felt regret for the failure to stop Nazi atrocities. We must bring those criminals to justice.

MPs and passers-by were all shocked by this appalling message because such an atrocity has gone beyond humankind's imagination. MPs signed their names one after another. A secretary said that she will certainly raise the matter. Ms Catherine Murphy MP expressed in her reply letter that she will urge the Foreign Minister to respond to this matter.

Japan: Practitioners Continue to Protest Sujiatun Concentration Camp

Exposing CCP's atrocity in Sujiatun Concentration Camp in front of Japanese Parliament

On the afternoon of March 23, Falun Dafa Association Japan held a press conference in front of Japanese Parliament to expose CCP's atrocity in Sujiatun Concentration Camp. Later the practitioners handed over a petition letter to Japanese Prime Minster Junichiro Koizumi and called on Japanese Government to help end the persecution, rescue the practitioners illegally imprisoned in Sujiatun and protest CCP's barbaric brutality.

A practitioner called for urgent rescuing Falun Gong practitioners in death camp

Falun Gong practitioners unfurled large banners in front of Japanese Parliament and set up a large photo showing the body of a practitioner who was tortured to death. The photo showed that his internal organs were removed and there were unknown bloody holes and cuts on his body. The practitioners distributed petition letters, special reports on Sujiatun Concentration Camp and other handouts to staff in the Parliament building, people coming for meeting, police and other passers-by.

In the press conference, a practitioner called for help to rescue practitioners in the death camp. He said that CCP set up secret Sujiatun Concentration Camp and imprisoned over 6000 Falun Gong practitioners. Three quarters of them have been killed and their body organs were removed when they were still alive. Their remains are cremated to destroy the evidence. He called on Parliament representatives to urgently pay attention to the safety of several thousands of practitioners being imprisoned in Sujiatun.

Hunger strike protest in front of Chinese Consulate in Fukuoka

On March 20, over 20 practitioners from Hiroshima and Fukuoka gathered in front of Chinese Consulate and held a hunger strike protest against CCP's atrocity in Sujiatun Concentration Camp. The practitioners spoke loudly to the consulate to expose CCP's fascist's brutality in Sujiatun Concentration Camp. So far, over nine million Chinese people have renounced CCP and the practitioners wish that officials in the consulate understand the fact and quit CCP as early as possible to restore their own conscience.

During the protest, many Japanese passers-by stopped to learn the facts. A kind-hearted Japanese person listened to the explanation of a practitioner and was sympathetic to Falun Gong practitioners persecuted in China. He wanted to take photos of the protest to post on websites in Japan to have more people learn about it.

Due to the loud sound of the loudspeaker, a Japanese police officer came and said it might disturb residents nearby. After learning about CCP's atrocity, he made no further mention of the volume. A resident nearby heard of practitioners' protest and came over. He would join the protest next time.

    A Japanese reporter's words

When practitioners explained the facts to Japanese media and exposed the atrocity in Sujiatun Concentration Camp, a reporter raised his head and said, "So that's how it is." He continued, "No wonder recently so many Japanese people go to China to receive organ transplants. Japanese media don't understand why there are so many human organs available in China for foreigners. Now I know the reason."

Italy: Protesting the Sujiatun Concentration Camp

On March 20 and 22, 2006, practitioners went to the Chinese Consulate in Milan and the Chinese Embassy in Rome to protest the CCP's atrocity at secret Sujiatun Concentration Camp, and to support the 9 million withdrawals from the CCP.

Protest in front of Chinese Consulate in Milan

Practitioners read announcements from the Falun Dafa Association and the World Organisation to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG) in both Chinese and Italian. The practitioners exposed the CCP's crimes of killing Falun Gong practitioners in the secret Sujiatun Concentration Camp, harvesting their internal organs for profit, and cremating the remains of the bodies using the on-site crematorium. This kind of tragedy is still happening in China today. Many people find it hard to believe and accept.

Protest in front of Chinese Embassy in Rome

A Chinese lady who came to the consulate for personal business came forward to inquire what was happening. She explained that many of her relatives in her hometown practice Falun Gong too. After hearing about Sujiatun, she felt extremely angry and said that, "They are not even human! They are beyond human!" She took an Italian leaflet to let her husband learn the true nature of the CCP.

Many Chinese or Italian people came to the consulate for personal business. Practitioners sincerely hoped they could choose a good future after they learn the facts. After learning about such a bloody and inhuman crime, how could people still keep silent?

Denmark: Member of Parliament Asks for Investigation into the Sujiatun Death Camp

The atrocities in Sujiatun, where several thousand Falun Gong practitioners have been murdered while their organs harvested for profit from their living bodies, attracted the special attention of a Denmark MP. MP Mr. Soren Espersen wrote to the human rights organization "Chinese Human Rights Network" and stated that he has asked the Denmark Foreign Minister to respond to concerns about Sujiatun in writing.

According to the Danish Law, the Foreign Minister must reply to the MP's question within ten days, in writing. The reply will be put on the website of Denmark Congress.

Mr. Soren Espersen wrote: "I would like to ask if the Minister would ask the Chinese regime to allow observers from the Red Cross or the UN to investigate the Sujiatun Concentration Camp in Shenyang City, Liaoning province. I would also like to ask the Minister to pressure the Chinese regime in order to make it open its concentration camps and prisons so that the Red Cross or UN representatives could proceed with investigations as soon as possible."

Mr. Soren Espersen said that the Chinese regime's systematically harvesting the prisoners' organs has been reported by many western media.

Mr. Soren Espersen also pointed out: "During the period of Cold War, the Minister participated in activities against the Soviet Gulag concentration camp in person. The Minister may have be interested to learn that according to the US intelligence, there are 4-6 million Chinese people still being imprisoned in the Gulag-like concentration camps, and some are imprisoned in the labor camps. And so far, the Chinese Communist regime still covers up this black secret."

Denmark: Practitioners Visit Government Departments to Appeal for Attention to Sujiatun

    Visiting the Prime Minister's Office

Recently, a Chinese Communist Party (CCP) insider revealed the CCP's appalling crimes of killing Falun Gong practitioners and harvesting their body organs in the secret Sujiatun Concentration Camp. It is said that, at least 6000 Falun Gong practitioners are believed to be detained at the camp and 4000 of them have been killed and their internal organs have been harvested by the authority for profit in black market transactions.

The chief secretary of the Prime Minister Office met with the Falun Gong practitioners

Approximately 2000 Falun Gong practitioners are still alive but under the risk of being killed and cremated in Sujiatun concentration camp. On the afternoon of March 22, practitioners laid down their work and study to gather outside the Prime Minister's office. There, they asked for a meeting with the Prime Minister to deliver a petition letter in person and to ask the Prime Minister to help rescue Falun Gong practitioners who are on the verge of death.

The chief secretary of the Prime Minister Office received Falun Gong practitioners despite we did not make an appointment in advance. The secretary promised to try his best effort to pass information about Sujiatun to the prime minister as soon as possible.

Coming Across the Minister of Foreign Affairs

After coming out from the Prime Minister Office, the practitioners went to the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs to ask for meeting with the Foreign Minister. Practitioners introduced the truth about Sujiatun concentration camp and handed in the petition letter to the reception of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

When practitioners were about to leave the building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Foreign Minister with his secretary were coming in the building from outside.

The Minister said a greeting politely to practitioners in Chinese: "Ni Hao! (Hello!)". Practitioners were surprised and overjoyed beyond expectations, and immediately told the Minister about the tragic event happening in China. Having listened to practitioners' introduction of the event, the Minister left his secretary there to continue to find out the detailed situation.

The secretary expressed that, they have already received the letter and other documents sent by practitioners a few days ago, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has paid attention to this matter. Having listened to facts about Sujiatun Concentration Camp and receiving the related materials, the secretary asked practitioners to leave the contact telephone numbers and expressed that, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will seriously deal with this matter and reply to practitioners' requests as soon as possible.

Pingdong, Taiwan: Practitioners Hold Candlelight Vigil to Mourn Those Killed in the Sujiatun Concentration Camp

It was recently revealed that the Chinese Communist regime has set up a concentration camp in Sujiatun, Shenyang. The camp has detained about 6000 practitioners and routinely harvests organs from them, while they are still alive, for profit. Upon hearing this news, Pingdong practitioners were shocked. At 5:10 p.m. on March 22, they started a "Candlelight Vigil for Practitioners Killed in Sujiatun Concentration Camp." Human language cannot accurately describe their great sorrow at the loss of so many fellow practitioners. They called on the public to uphold justice and condemned the CCP's inhumane persecution of Falun Gong.

Practitioners speak out at the candlelight vigil site to raise awareness of the atrocities

The vigil started at 5:10 p.m. and continued till 9 p.m. More than 100 practitioners participated in the activity, and the site was very solemn. Some practitioners had tears running down their faces.

Urgent signature drive to rescue practitioners who are still subjected to persecution

Citizens in succession sign their name to rescue Falun Gong practitioners persecuted in China

Journalist Ms. Li is specializes in reporting news in China. She said, "The Sujiatun incident tell us that remaining silent is indulging the perpetrators. Many people regretted greatly after the era of the Nazi's ended and realized the great damage of remaining silent when facing human atrocities." She called upon every person to step forward to help end the atrocities in China.

Mr. Wang is a community leader. He said, "People should not hold any fantasies about the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Everyone should think about the nature of the party."

Professor Chen also called on people to learn about the evil nature of the CCP.

Bank manager Mr. Qiu said, "The Communist party is the root cause of poverty, injustice and violence in the world."

Ms. Zhang of National Wufu Middle School stressed, "Nowadays, we will not physically punish students when they do bad things or violate school regulations. However, how can the CPP torture Falun Gong practitioners, harvest their organs alive and cremate their bodies? I hope that fellow citizens will not remain in a state of indifference. I urge them to voice their support for Falun Gong and disclose more crimes of the CCP.

Bulgaria: Practitioners Protest the Sujiatun Concentration Camp with a Hunger Strike

On the 18th of March 2006, Falun Gong practitioners gathered at the National Palace of Culture in downtown Sofia, for a peaceful protest and a twenty four hour hunger strike following the recent revelations about the Sujiatun concentration camp.

Most of the citizens passing by watched with sympathy the big posters showing how practitioners are tortured in Chinese labor camps and photos of the murdered ones. Many people shared their opinion that it is "horrible" and queued to sign the petition in support of stopping the persecution of Falun Gong in China. Practitioners explained to people about the recent information of the concentration camp in Sujiatun and how practitioners there are killed for their organs before their bodies are cremated. The practitioners gave them flyers with more information on the topic. More than 120 civilians signed the petition.

Some stayed for a long time in front of the exhibition site, talked with the practitioners and exclaimed that such a persecution can only be done in a country governed by a totalitarian regime, like communist China.

The Bulgarian people, most of whom personally experienced a communist regime that the country removed sixteen years ago, are aware of the brainwashing, the censure and suppression of speech, thought and beliefs used by the communists. Thus, many people signed the petitions as soon as they heard that the regime in China persecuted and tortured practitioners of Falun Gong in China for their beliefs.

Many young people signed the petition and openly declared that they are against the violation of human rights, tortures and killings in the 21st century.

An old woman, after hearing about the Sujiatun organ removals, said: "Of course, I will sign the petition! This is the most simple and logical thing to do! Dear friends, please sign it!" she addressed those standing behind her.

Despite the very cold and cloudy weather, practitioners persisted to tell people the truth and help them understand the evilness of the persecution against Falun Dafa practitioners in China.

Frankfurt, Germany: Exposing the Atrocities at the Sujiatun Concentration Camp

"Organs harvested, Falun Gong practitioners murdered. This is now happening in China!" a Falun Gong practitioner said loudly to a passer-by in front of him. What usually happens next is a face full of surprise as the person stops to find out more.

Practitioners expose the atrocities inside Sujiatuan Concentration camp

A practitioner recounting crimes inside the concentration camp

A civilian signing a petition in support of practitioners' basic rights

On March the 18th 2006, in the famous German city of Frankfurt near the River Main, Falun Gong practitioners appealed to the German public on the Romerberg to help rescue their fellow practitioners in China. They performed the five sets of Falun Gong exercises, gave out flyers and collected petition signatures. They were exposing the atrocities committed by the Chinese Communist regime at Sujiatun Concentration Camp in China's Shenyang city where Falun Gong practitioners are illegally detained, their organs harvested and their bodies cremated in secret.

Displayed on the long table were photos of torture methods, flyers, Falun Gong bookmarks and a petition. Next to the table was a large banner in both Chinese and German: "Strongly Condemn the CCP's Sujiatun Concentration Camp where Falun Gong Practitioners' Organs are removed for sale and bodies cremated". There were also photos of practitioners being tortured with the tiger bench, electric batons and other cruel methods. Behind the displays, practitioners from neighboring cities performed the exercises peacefully under the warm sun and in the gentle spring breeze, quietly showing the world the truth of Falun Gong.

While practitioners were still setting up, a Malaysian Chinese came along and looked at some of the displays. A German practitioner who spoke Chinese went up to him, introduced himself and gave him a flyer. To the practitioner's surprise, the man said: "Please give me an English flyer." An English-speaking practitioner then stepped forward and passed him an English flyer and explained to him what happened at the Sujiatun Concentration Camp. In less than a minute, this man had decided to sign our petition. He wrote his name in Chinese - the only Chinese characters he knew how to write - and became the first person to sign the petition that day.

"Organs removed, Falun Gong practitioners murdered, this is now happening in China!" a Falun Gong practitioner said loudly to a passing-by German man. The surprised young man appeared shocked and stopped in his track. After a quick glance at the flyer, he signed his name on the petition. The practitioner asked him: "What are your thoughts?" He said: "Not much. This kind of thing shouldn't happen!" The practitioner quietly watched him writing his address and said: "The suppression of freedom of belief and the killing of lives is showing contempt to the dignity and right to life." The young man replied: "Yes, its genocide." "Good luck!" said the smiling young man before he left.

Another practitioner said to a middle-aged German lady: "The information on Sujiatun was revealed by a former Chinese journalist on March the 8th. Yesterday, a nurse who used to work at a hospital near Sujiatun also provided information to The Epoch Times and said that one of her relatives used to be a surgeon who removed organs from Falun Gong practitioners while they were still alive. Since 2001, more than 4,000 practitioners have been murdered and heir organs were sold for a lot of money. The remains of those murdered practitioners were cremated in an on-site incinerator. There are now still around 2,000 practitioners remaining."

The practitioner then pointed at a photo and said: "Have a look! This photo was taken in the very same city - Shenyang (where the Sujiatun Concentration Camp is located) - before the persecution began in 1999. With thousands of Falun Gong practitioners doing the exercises together in the morning, wasn't that a spectacle to look at? If they hadn't benefited from the practice, they wouldn't have done that." The lady was rather direct: "That doesn't mean anything. In my view, many people just follow others blindly."

"That may be true in a peaceful environment. However, when people are faced with a brutal and violent environment," said the practitioner, pointing at the photo of a practitioner Wang Bin who was persecuted to death and had a long surgical scar on the chest of his dead body, "if they still persist in practising their beliefs....then they really have to think things over because they need to be responsible for their own lives. Those people wouldn't follow others blindly." The German lady listened and gave the matter some thought. In the end, she said: "That's right. I've signed your petition. I hope it will work for you."

"Of course it will work! Pressure from the public and international community is what the CCP fears most," said the practitioner "If they are faced with condemnations from all over the world everyday, they will become fearful and restrained in their brutal actions. That way, the kind people can be protected!"

A lean, clever-looking middle-aged man read through the flyer carefully and after listening to a practitioner's explanation, he said: "I believe in what you said and I agree with you, but I can't sign the petition. I am a flight attendant and often go in and out of China. There was an occasion when I was detained in the airport and every time I was in China, I always felt like I was being watched closely. The Chinese people have very little freedom there. I can't sign the petition." As he explained, he seemed apologetic and tried to avoid eye-contact with the practitioner.

The practitioner said: "Please think about it. Isn't your personal experience a testimony of the violation of human rights by the CCP? You feel the tight control exerted by CCP even as a non-Chinese and living in the West. Please think about the poor Chinese people who live in the environment where everything, including the media, army, policemen and wealth, is tightly controlled by the CCP!"

"Almost 9 million Chinese have publicly renounced the CCP. If one day, the CCP collapsed and the Chinese people regained their freedom again, would you be able to look at them in the eyes and tell them that in order to protect yourself, you didn't even sign a petition when the persecution was at its worst, and that you stood side by side with the CCP?"

The man lowered his head and was deep in thought for half a minute. He suddenly raised his head and walked straight up to the petition table.

Another lady was there, and she turned around and asked her husband: "Have you signed?"

Another gentleman was a little emotional, his chest moving up and down with anger, "Our government should have done more! All they think about is trade and money!" he said indignantly, trying to suppress his rage. A practitioner replied: "How could a government that disregards people's rights to belief and life trade fairly? A lot of the made-in-China cheap commercial goods were produced in labor camps and prisons through forced labor, and were exported to the West en masse. This has caused high unemployment rates in the West and those Western governments have to pay out a lot of social benefits. This has caused major headaches for those politicians at election times." Both agreed that the CCP's abuse of human rights has affected the economy of the world.

"May I sign?" asked a bashful teenage girl.

Another very tall young man asked eagerly: "Where can I sign the petition?" and looked around searching. A practitioner then lifted up the petition for him to see.

An old, frail lady said: "My eye sight is very poor so I can't write... but I'll pray for you, for the Chinese people!" After signing the petition, a lady in her fifties stood in front of the display for a long time, her face full of pain and sympathy, and she muttered: "This is so barbaric; it's like in Hitler's time! It's really horrifying"

The address column on the petition paper showed that people who signed had come from all over the world, including Spain, Italy, Poland, Russia, Thailand and Malaysia and so on.

A German practitioner is 76, she talked slowly to every passerby she encountered about the atrocities. Juewei is 9 years old, he now and then ran to a passerby and handed the person a flier while saying "Please!" A young Chinese practitioners made a special trip to the city to participate in the rescue effort.

The river Main has not only witnessed the crime of Nzai but only witness the righteous support of German people to resist the atrocities of the CCP.
