  • Hong Kong: Practitioners Protest CCP's Death Camp, Call for International Investigation

On March 9, 2006, an insider disclosed to media that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) set up a secret Concentration Camp in Sujiatun, Shenyang, Liaoning Province. The disclosure of the large-scale persecution of practitioners by harvesting body organs from living practitioners for profit and cremating their remains to destroy evidence shocked people around the world. Practitioners outside China gathered in front of Chinese embassies and consulates to protest the CCP's atrocity. Practitioners in Hong Kong protested earlier in front of China's Liaison Office.

As the existence of the Sujiatun Concentration Camp has been confirmed in recent days, practitioners in Hong Kong held a hunger strike petition outside the legislature building during the Legislative Council in session. They also delivered an open letter to Legislative Council members to request attention about the atrocities. After dark, the practitioners moved to Chater Garden and held a candlelight vigil to commemorate practitioners tortured to death by the CCP, including several thousand practitioners killed in the Sujiatun Concentration Camp.

A large "organ market" in Sujiatun

In the press conference for the hunger strike, representative Ms. Zhang Qixian from World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG) said that WOIPFG initiated an urgent investigation procedure and will publish the results in batches. She pointed out, "WOIPFG confirmed that there truly exists a large "organ market" in Sujiatun, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, China. International human rights organization have reported an independent system of harvesting death-row inmates' organs, and even cases of the prospect of organ harvesting playing a role in the determination of capital punishment. Without any legal procedures, Falun Gong practitioners are taken to the Sujiatun death camp without anyone's knowledge. They are held in complete isolation. Their bodies are cremated after their organs are harvested."

Contact person of the Falun Dafa Association of Hong Kong Kan Hung-cheung strongly condemned the CCP's atrocity. He said, "Sujiatun Concentration Camp is just a tip of the iceberg for the persecution of Falun Gong. Based on news from difference sources, similar concentration camps are also in other locations."

Calling on insiders to provide more evidence

Mr. Kan called on international organizations to set up an international investigation team to investigate the Sujiatun death camp and stop the continuation of the crimes. He called on insiders to help collect evidence and expose the CCP's concentration camps.

Former Legislative Council member, priest Fung Chi-wood participated in the protest. He said, "Hearing of the Sujiatun Concentration Camp, it is hard to grasp that such brutal massacres occur in today's civilized society."

He said, "Today, we witness mankind's big tragedy. As a Chinese and one of the people of the world, I feel ashamed for I cannot stop this atrocity."

Calling on global righteous force to stop the tragedy

Priest Fung called on righteous forces around the world to immediately stop the incident. He criticized CCP officials for not allowing other countries to pay attention to the CCP's persecution of Chinese people under the excuse of "interfering with internal affairs".

Mr. NG Kwok-hung condemned the CCP for its using a concentration camp to kill Chinese people. He said, "During World War II, Nazis conducted the holocaust against Jews. Many people did not believe it. Only after Germany was defeated and the concentration camp was found did the world's people recognize."

Macau: Falun Gong Practitioners Protest at China Liaison Office Against Sujiatun Concentration Camp

The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has reportedly set up a secret Sujiatun Concentration Camp in Shenyang City, where about six thousand Falun Gong practitioners have been imprisoned. The camp has a cremation oven and many medical doctors. No Falun Gong practitioners have come out of the camp alive so far. Their organs were harvested while they were still alive, to sell for profit, and then their bodies were cremated inside the camp.

On March 20, 2006, Falun Gong practitioners from Macau held a protest in front of the China Liaison Office and read part of the report from The World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG), published on March 10, 2006. The report stated, The Chinese Communist regime set up a secret concentration camp in the Sujiatun district of Shenyang City. The camp is suspected to specialize in detaining and killing practitioners to harvest their bodily organs for profit. The camp has a crematory and corpses are cremated at the camp. Reportedly, several thousand practitioners have been transferred to the camp from other regions. They are being detained in the camp and face murder at any time so their organs can be harvested for profit.

The practitioners in Macau urged all staff members at the China Liaison Office to recognize the CCP's evil nature, quit the CCP to protect their own safety, and dismiss the CCP to save China's future.

Japan: Candlelight Vigil Condemns CCP's Crimes

On the evening of March 21, 2006, Falun Gong practitioners in Japan held a candlelight vigil in front of the Chinese Embassy to commemorate fellow practitioners. They also condemned the CCP's brutal atrocity at the Sujiatun Concentration Camp in harvesting body organs from living practitioners for profit and cremating their remains to destroy the evidence.

World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG) released its investigation report on March 15 and confirmed that there truly exists a large "organ market" in Sujiatun, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, China. It is a systematic procedural practice, which includes building the death camp, detaining the "suppliers" (living Falun Gong practitioners), matching Falun Gong practitioners' organs with people who need them, surgically removing the organs, eliminating the victims' bodies and setting up the hospitals that use these stolen organs. Without any legal procedures, Falun Gong practitioners are taken to the Sujiatun death camp without anyone's knowledge. They are held in complete isolation. Their bodies are cremated after their organs are harvested.

A practitioner from Falun Dafa Association Japan said, "The CCP is so barbaric that mankind and gods are indignant. We gather here to express our strongest condemnation. We hope all people know the fact of Falun Gong and recognize the evil nature of the CCP."

Dr. Guiyuan Yang graduated from the No. 1 Military Medical University in Guangzhou and was imprisoned for two years for persisting in practicing Falun Gong. He told the correspondent, "As early as 1996, when I studied in the No. 1 Military Medical University in Guangzhou, my classmate carried dead bodies. At that time, organ removal from death-sentenced inmates was carried out in the university. It was said that kidney removal needed to be done within 20 minutes after one died. When dead bodies were carried to us, some were still breathing and some still groaned. They were carried onto a vehicle and their internal organs were removed. Thus, the disclosure of Sujiatun Concentration Camp, I am not surprised. It is highly possible because the CCP treats Falun Gong practitioners worse than common criminal inmates. Practitioners are not allowed to hire lawyers. The CCP can commit such brutality."

It was still cold in the spring. Practitioners held banners and fluorescent sticks until mid-night.

Philadelphia: People Are Indignant About the Sujiatun Concentration Camp

The Chinese Communist regime's secret Sujiatun Concentration Camp's harvesting body organs from live practitioners attracted widespread attention and strong protest from the people of Philadelphia. For two consecutive weekends, people gathered in Chinatown in Philadelphia, called for the rescue of Falun Gong practitioners being persecuted and protesting the CCP's atrocities.

On the morning of March 18, 2006, Ms. Nina from South Jersey came to Chinatown and distributed fliers entitled "Fact of the Sujiatun Concentration Camp" for four hours in the cold wind. People were shocked at the barbaric persecution of practitioners in China.

Ms. Wang, who lives in Chinatown and was originally from Fujian Province, said, "I feel sorry for the Falun Gong practitioners being persecuted so brutally. Many people in my hometown Fujian come to the US under the risk of losing their lives to avoid living under the control of the CCP." She signed a petition to rescue Falun Gong practitioners and wrote down "Rescue Chinese people immediately".

A man living in Chinatown said, "CCP cannot stay. Throw it out."

Many westerners were shocked at the Sujiatun incident. A Philadelphian named James said that the CCP's brutality is out of normal people's imagination. He could not tolerate that such a barbaric regime exists in our human society.

People are shocked at Sujiatun barbaric atrocity

Many Chinese people were shocked and indignant and said quitting the CCP was the only choice for China.

Since the exposure of the Sujiatun atrocity, Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party are easier to distribute according to the director of Quitting CCP Service Center in Greater Philadelphia. Several hundreds copies of the Nine Commentaries were distributed within a short time.

A person in Chinatown reminded the volunteers of the service center to pay attention to their safety since having their crimes exposed angers the CCP.

Taiwan: News of the Atrocities in Sujiatun Concentration Camp Spreads During "March for Democracy and Peace"

"Inhumane! The CCP kills people as if killing chickens!" This is the most-heard comment made by Taiwan citizens who participated in the grand 3-18 March after they learned about the atrocities in the Sujiatun Concentration Camp. On March 18, more than 100,000 people participated in a grand march with the theme "We want democracy, not invasion!" to protest the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) invasion threat.

To let more citizens know about the CCP's outrageous crimes, practitioners displayed banners and distributed fliers

Reportedly, the CCP has established a concentration camp in Sujiatun, which has detained at least 6,000 Falun Gong practitioners. Seventy-five percent of the practitioners were cremated after the authorities harvested their organs. Taiwan practitioners distributed fliers about the camp to raise awareness of the CCP's inhumane practices. Many people volunteered to help practitioners to distribute the fliers.

After they read the flier, many commented: "The CCP is too inhumane!" "Taiwan media should report more on news of this kind so that people can see the evil nature of the Party. If the CCP can so inhumanely kill Mainland Chinese, imagine how they might treat Taiwanese!"

A man who didn't know the truth about Falun Gong tried to snatch the truth-clarifying materials from a practitioner. The practitioner protected the materials with his body. The man then crushed up the newspaper in his hands and threw it at the practitioner. People watching then all came to ask for a copy of the material in the practitioners' hands. The man left resentfully.

Some people gave a "thumbs up" to practitioners, saying, "Keep it up! Taiwan needs people like you who have the courage to expose the atrocities of the CCP. If everyone were as courageous as you, the CCP would have collapsed long ago and peace across the Strait would be a reality!

Korea: Falun Gong Invited to 2006 World Peace Parade

From March 18 to 19, the 2006 World Peace Parade took place on Geojedo Island. The theme of the parade was "The World Without War" and was supported by diplomats and reporters from 25 countries. Falun Gong practitioners were invited to this grand occasion and their performance was well received.

The atrocities in Sujiatun Concentration Camp shocked officials from all over the world

Practitioners prepared fliers in several different languages to expose the atrocities in the Sujiatun Concentration Camp. The director of the Peace Parade said, "We still do not know much about the incident, but we are firmly against all such human rights violations by the Chinese Communist regime."

Along with seven others, practitioner Suh Gab-suk was named an "Ambassador for Peace."

Falun Gong practitioner Suh Gab-suk was selected as an "Ambassador for Peace" during this grand occasion. She said, "It is hard believe that such evil things can happen on the Earth. How can they harvest organs from live people for profit?! It cannot be tolerated by either gods or human being." Several diplomats said that the case was despicable and that they would comment on it after investigating.

Organizer: "This is Korea, not China"

At 4 p.m. on March 18, practitioners arrived at the event site. The Chinese Embassy to Korea once again pressured event organizers to interfere with practitioners' involvement. One of the persons in charge of the event responded vehemently, "This is Korea, not China. They cannot do whatever they want. Tell them [Chinese Embassy] to talk to me if they call again...."

The practitioners' waist drum troupe rehearsed in the afternoon on March 18 and attracted a large crowd of spectators. People exclaimed, "China, China." The troupe was invited to perform on stage during the gala celebration.

Falun Gong practitioners performed on their waist drums on stage.

The majority of the groups participating didn't present any special performance during the grand parade. In contrast, the Falun Gong group had two Waist Drum troupes, a Tang Attire Dance troupe and a Banner team. The group was consequently very eye-catching along the miles-long parade route. A Romanian official even tried to learn how to play a waist drum during the parade.

Germany's Ambassador for Peace Ferdinand Renz said, "Human rights and freedom must be respected. We are against the Chinese Communist regime's persecution of human rights. We also hope that you [Falun Gong practitioners] can participate in more events of this kind."

Regarding the growing tide of Chinese quitting the Chinese Communist Party, Panta Nava, an official of the International Friendship Club, said, "The current Chinese communist system has many problems. Human rights violations are severe in all communist countries." He believes that China will soon become a democratic country.
