Slovakia: Instructional DVD for the Falun Dafa Exercises Released (Image)

(Clearwisdom.net) In May 2009 the Slovak publishing house CAD Press released an instructional DVD titled, "Falun Dafa Exercise DVD" (ISBN 978-80-88969-41-9). The new DVD teaches the Falun Gong exercises in the Slovak language. After the introductory book Falun Gong and the book Zhuan Falun were published, the people of Slovakia now have the opportunity to learn the Falun Gong exercises from the instructional video. The DVD contains descriptions of all five exercises, presented by Master Li Hongzhi. In slow and detailed segments, with clear descriptions, beginners can quickly learn the exercises, while advanced practitioners can improve their movements. The exercises are also shown at normal speed.

The videotape with the Falun Gong exercise instructions was first published in September 1994 by Beijing Television and Art Center Publishing Company. After that it was published in many languages, and transcribed onto DVD.

The publication of the DVD was requested by the publishing house CAD Press, which approached the Falun Dafa practitioners with a request for a qigong exercise DVD, because many of its customers have asked for one. Hopefully, more people will now be able to understand the real meaning of qigong and its profound principles.
