Several officers from the above-named station went to Ms. Zhang's residence in Sancun, Lingshan Town, on February 5, 2009. They left when no one answered the door.
Around 11:00 a.m. seven policemen went to Ms. Zhang's residence again. She refused to open the door. The officers climbed over the courtyard wall and opened the door for all the other policemen to enter. They loudly demanded that Ms. Zhang open the door of the house. She again refused to open the door. They pried open the door with the aid of a screwdriver. Policeman Wang Deyi kicked the door open on the west side of the house. They dragged the 67-year-old Ms. Zhang to the ground and then carried her into the police vehicle, which took her immediately to the Lingshan Town Police Station. Ms. Zhang shouted "Falun Dafa is good" the entire time.
At the station, the police forced Ms. Zhang to fingerprint a document they intended to use as "evidence." Officers had fabricated the document. They said, "We told you we just needed you for five minutes, but you still shouted and yelled. You can go home now." Ms. Zhang had by then used up all her strength. She could not walk or speak and felt faint. Seeing her condition, officers took her outside and said, "You were yelling and shouting a few minutes ago. Why are you like this now? Don't fake it!" Then they took her to the mail room. Having rested for a while, Ms. Zhang recovered and went home.
