(Clearwisdom.net) On the afternoon of April 30, 2008, Falun Gong practitioners from Rebro along with some Amnesty International members set up a display together in the middle of the downtown area of Stortorget, for the purpose of exposing the crimes of unjust persecution of Chinese people by the evil CCP.

Amnesty member Annie Kardanisen explained to passers-by that the CCP promised to improve human rights in China in order to compete for the right to host the Olympics. However this matter of persecution is happening on a large scale, and people are being persecuted because their thoughts and beliefs are not the same as those of the CCP. For example, the CCP continues to unjustifiably persecute the innocent Falun Gong practitioners. In addition, there is still the oppression of Tibet, abuse and torture, and the tearing down of buildings and forcing its occupants to move elsewhere and many other such acts that violate human rights.
While the Amnesty group exposed the CCP's evil conduct, they also collected signatures to appeal for the rescue of Falun Gong practitioner Bu Dongwei. Bu Dongwei is a Chinese worker at the America Asia foundation in the Beijing office, and was kidnapped by the CCP in 2006. He has been illegally put in a forced labor camp for two years and six months.
Falun Gong practitioners demonstrated the exercises in the middle of the square, and handed out materials, and also collected signatures to denounce the CCP's savage act of harvesting the organs of living Falun Gong practitioners in concentration camps.
After people learned the facts, one by one they signed the petition to show their support.
