I Was Disabled by Torture at the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp

(Clearwisdom.net) I began practicing Falun Gong in 1997. Since then, my diseases have all disappeared and my xinxing has improved.

In September 1999, not too long after the CCP launched the persecution, I went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong. Afterward, I was illegally taken into custody by the Beijing police, and brought back to the Yi County Detention Center by the director of Security Team in Nanguan Village. I was detained for three days, and before I was released, 1,500 yuan was extorted from my family.

In September, 2001, I was taken into custody by officers from the Yi County Police Department and sent to the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp for two years. During that period, I was never allowed to sleep on a bed.

While in the labor camp, I requested to practice the exercises. As a result, Wang Naimin, the director of the No. 1 Division, strapped me to a chair for about 10 days. Later, I was tied to some hooks that kept my arms outstretched for two months.

A new building was built, and, on every floor of that building there was a corner room with no windows. I was detained in such a room for eight months.

At the end of 2002, the so-called "helping and education team" came to the labor camp and schemed to "transform" steadfast practitioners. In reality, they were there to cruelly torture practitioners. This time, my hands were hung up with my feet dangling below me. I was hung up for five days, then locked onto the heating pump in the hallway for about a month. This way I had to remain standing and could not fall asleep.

At the end of 2003, the "helping and education team" returned. This time my legs were bound with ropes, my hands were tied behind my back and my neck and legs were tied with ropes for about eight months. As a result, I could not walk.

All of my current physical problems are due to the brutal persecution by the authorities of the Yi County Police Department, the Political and Judiciary Committee, the 610 Office, and especially the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp.
