Ms. Liu Guiying, a senior engineer from the 29th Institute of Electronic Information Corporation in the Chadianzi Neighborhood of the Jinniu District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, was taken away and detained in the Jinniu District Brainwashing Center for over three months. Because Ms. Liu has refused to write a guarantee statement denying her Falun Dafa practice, she remains imprisoned.
