(Clearwisdom.net) On July 20, 2006, Falun Gong practitioners from Osaka, Nagoya, Nagano, Chiba, Saitama and Tokyo assembled in front of the government building, the parliament building and the Chinese Embassy to clarify the truth, expose the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) brutality, and call for an end of the seven year persecution of Falun Gong practitioners by the CCP.

The Falun Dafa Association in Japan and the World Human Rights Thoughts Association jointly held a "Human Rights Violation in China Photo Exhibition" in the government building on July 20. The exhibition exposes the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China. The Canadian Independent Investigation Group reported on the CCP harvesting of organs from living Falun Gong practitioners. The CCP brutality shocked the Japanese people.
Falun Gong practitioners from Japan have clarified the truth and appealed for Falun Gong in the parliament building many times. The congressmen have deep impressions of the persecution by the CCP. A Japanese congressman said many times that the CCP, who violates human rights and lies, is not qualified to hold the Olympic Games. Many Japanese people, who visited the parliament building, also learned the truth of Falun Gong.
Falun Gong practitioners from eleven countries and areas in Asia started a hunger strike together on July 20. Falun Gong practitioners have gone to the Chinese Embassy to protest the persecution every day since the launch of the persecution. Some officers in the Chinese Embassy, who took orders from the CCP and got involved in the persecution, are moved by the practitioners' spirit, and have also changed their thinking about the persecution.
In the evening practitioners held a candlelight vigil in front of the Chinese Embassy, in memory of those who were persecuted to death for their belief. Practitioners displayed many banners, including "Falun Dafa is Good," "CCP, Stop Persecuting Falun Gong Practitioners," etc. Practitioners condemned the CCP's genocidal crimes.
