Dear Mr. Hu:

I am writing to you on behalf of CIPFG (Coalition to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong in China). We urgently request visas to enter China immediately.

According to multiple sources, concentration camps similar to the one in Sujiatun, Shenyang, have been set up in provinces across China to detain large numbers of Falun Gong practitioners. In those camps, the authorities have been harvesting the organs of practitioners while they are still alive and cremating the remains to destroy the evidence, then selling the organs for profit. minghui.ca and The Epoch Times exposed these atrocities to the world in early March, and within three weeks, before Chinese officials addressed the issue to foreign media, the practitioners held in the underground concentration camp in Sujiatun were quickly relocated.

Shortly after the Sujiatun concentration camp was exposed, a regulation named "Interim Regulation for Human Organ Transplant Practice" was put forth by the Chinese government. The regulation, however, will not take effect until July 1, 2006. Investigations have confirmed that hospitals and transplant centers in Tianjin, Heilongjiang, Shanghai, Zhejiang, and other places are operating overtime to perform transplant operations. Hospital staff members told undercover investigators that patients should come in quickly if they want a transplant, as the hospital can find matching organs in as short as one or two days and it will be difficult after this batch of organs is used up.

This information, supported by multiple investigations, leads to one conclusion: A slaughter to eliminate witnesses and victims of the concentration camps is underway. Because of this urgent situation, the Falun Dafa Association and minghui.ca have initiated CIPFG, where many credible organizations have been and will be invited to join, aiming to go to China to perform an independent investigation of the persecution of Falun Gong in all the labor camps, jails, hospitals and relevant facilities. We believe that those places are the harbors for most of these atrocities.

We hope that you can help with our following requests:

1. Immediately open up all of China's labor camps, jails, and hospitals for international investigation.

2. Allow CIPFG to go into China before April 25 and research the facts of the persecution of Falun Gong independently

We believe that such requests are fair, just, necessary, and urgent considering the current situation. If your leadership is at all sincere about inviting the outside world to investigate these atrocities, we should be allowed into the country and our safety should be guaranteed. We have in hand a huge amount of persecution cases that minghui.ca has received from China through the years. We know better than any other international group where to look and how to look for evidence and we are the ones who want the most to stop the persecution on Falun Gong as soon as possible.

I hope that you can help us with our request immediately. Every minute of delay will result in irremediable loss of innocent lives and will be a disgrace to the human race.
