United Kingdom: Press Conference to Expose Sujiatun Atrocities Opposite the Manchester Chinese Consulate (Photos)


(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Gong practitioners from Manchester and surrounding towns held a press conference outside the Chinese Consulate on March 28, 2006. The aim was to protest and to inform the public and media about the Sujiatun Concentration Camp. They outlined the inhuman lengths the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is prepared to go to carry out former CCP leader Jiang Zemin's order to "eradicate" Falun Gong.

Banners and posters were displayed. Epoch Times special edition newspapers and leaflets were handed out to the public and people who were visiting the Chinese Consulate on business. This information depicted the Sujiatun Concentration Camp's practice of harvesting organs from live Falun Gong practitioners before cremating their remains. A passerby from Albania said that he was already aware of the terrible human rights abuses that take place in Communist societies.

Statements in English and Chinese were read aloud giving background information and in depth details. Statements were also read from MP's and MEP's who support an end to the human rights abuses in China and the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners.
