(Clearwisdom.net) Lawyer Gao Zhisheng was one of the early members in China who joined the Coalition to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (CIPFG). In March of this year, after the exposure of the CCP's atrocities of organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners, Lawyer Gao condemned the unprecedented evil with the same courage as when he wrote three open letters to Hu Jintao and Wen Jiabao. He stated to join CIPFG, assist the international community to investigate the crime, and stop the persecution of more innocent lives.
However, before overseas CIPFG members enter China, the CCP regime unlawfully detained Gao Zhisheng and made a ruling in a closed door trial.
CIPFG solemnly demands the CCP regime:
1. Immediately withdraw the unlawful ruling against Lawyer Gao Zhisheng;
2. Immediately stop the unlawful monitoring, following and house arrest of Lawyer Gao and his family;
3. Immediately resume Lawyer Gao Zhisheng's license.
CIPFG Australia Delegation and Asia Delegation have been set up in recent days. Australia Delegation is composed of more than seventy members, including members of parliament, human rights and religious leaders. Asia Delegation is composed of 118 figures, including speakers and members of parliament and councils, administrators, figures of human rights, law, medical, non-governmental organizations and media. North America Delegation and Europe Delegation will be formed soon.
The persecution of Lawyer Gao or any other CIPFG members will not deter our investigation. We believe that all crimes will be exposed, including the crimes in persecuting Lawyer Gao, and the criminals will be brought to justice.
