Solidify Our Righteous Thoughts and Gods and Buddhas will Grandly Manifest

January 18, 2006 |   By a Falun Dafa Practitioner Outside of China

(Clearwisdom.net) We often read news from China from some regions, such as the evil is about to do something, some new persecution tool is in use, please be on guard, etc. These words are not wrong, but they give the reader the impression that we are lacking righteous thoughts. It is necessary to take safety measures when doing Dafa things, but haven't we fallen into a state in which it seems we are surrounded by the enemy? In fact, amidst the Fa-rectification today, the evil is far behind in doing whatever they want, and they are incapable of accomplishing their plans.

We are preparing the Chinese New Year Gala overseas, and it seems that the interference is rampant at the moment. Fellow practitioners are all actively cleaning out this interference, but among us, there are differences in our states of mind. These differences are actually the differences between Gods and humans.

As Fa-rectification period Dafa disciples, what we do is similar to ordinary people in form, since we are still living in ordinary human society, but our standpoints, our realms and the nature of our affairs completely surpass the ordinary human level. Although what we do still adheres to the forms of ordinary people, our state of mind is that of a cultivator, which is above and beyond common society. Therefore, the results of our work must naturally be supernormal.

Master taught us in his recent article "Mature": "My overall impression is that most Dafa disciples have matured; the way in which they are cultivating has matured; the understanding cultivators have of cultivation has matured; and the rational behavior that comes from a progressive decrease in human thoughts has, likewise, matured. When all Dafa disciples are like this, the evil will be completely eliminated and Gods and Buddhas will grandly manifest."

Let us think carefully, the evil must manipulate ordinary people to do what they want. Simply speaking from this one angle, if our righteous thoughts are very strong and steady, everyday people cannot or dare not do bad deeds when restrained by our energy field. The key here is whether we understand the fundamental difference between a cultivator and an ordinary person, and keep a cultivator's state of mind all the time.

If some of us treat ourselves as cultivators and clearly understand the responsibility of disintegrating the evil and cleaning out the interference, but some of us fall down to human thinking when doing specific jobs, seeing the evil as too big, and seeing themselves as "common people" among ordinary society; or thinking the evil is very capable, but they are very "ordinary." If we think we are like ordinary people and then try to put out a fire during the windy season, then we have lowered ourselves to ordinary people's level, and the results of our work will be the same as ordinary people.

Master has pushed us to very high positions a long time ago, but do we believe it ourselves? When the pitiful remains of the evil force tries to stir up trouble for us, tries to create the false impression that they are still "capable," can we remain unmoved with righteous thoughts? Can we still do well in the ordinary society with what we should accomplish? The critical point is whether we have a state of mind similar to Gods looking at ants and if we can see through the nature of these matters from above and beyond. The fact is that we are using all opportunities, especially those instances where the evil dares to present in front of us, to become mature, save sentient beings, clean out the evil, and to clean out garbage; we are not interfered with or consumed by the garbage. If every one of us matures according to Falun Dafa's requirements, the situation will follow what Master said, "...the evil will be completely eliminated and Gods and Buddhas will grandly manifest." (from "Mature")

Above are personal understandings, for fellow practitioners' reference.
