(Clearwisdom.net) Brutal human right abuse, persecution and torture of Falun Gong practitioners by Chinese communist regime - Czech Falun Gong practitioners gathered on January 6, 2006 in Brno to inform Brno citizens about these tragedies.

During the whole day, the music of Dafa and gentle exercises performed by Falun Gong practitioners was attracting the attention of passersby to the petition and banners disclosing crimes that the CCP has committed on Falun Gong during last seven years of persecution. Despite the cold New Year's weather, many people stopped to read more about it and some immediately went to sign the petition.

Many Czech people still have in memory the times of communist rule over Czechoslovakia. They remember the persecution of those who had different beliefs or opinions. From this point of view it is easier for Czechs to sympathize with Falun Gong. Their support of the Falun Gong principles of Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance accompanies their stance against communism.
