By a Dafa practitioner in Shandong Province

(Clearwisdom.net) Jiang Zemin and the Chinese Communist Party cooperated in applying their genocidal policies against Falun Gong practitioners, who peacefully persist in their belief in Truth-Compassion-Forbearance. They achieved this by using the totalitarian government's machinery, including the police and the media. In the six years between July 20, 1999 and July 20, 2005, the CCP, in violation of the Chinese constitution and by breaking numerous laws, has monitored, abducted, detained, tortured, and brainwashed Falun Gong practitioners and has sent many of them to forced labor camps and prisons. According to the Clearwisdom website, the verified number of deaths by torture of Falun Gong practitioners is 2,711. At least 85 Falun Gong practitioners from Weifang City have been tortured to death.

The following individuals were among those 85 practitioners:

Thirty-three practitioners from Weifang City's municipality area: Ms. Chen Zixiu, 59 years old; Mr. Wang Peiseng, 68; Mr. Yang Weidong, 54 years old; Ms. Zhou Chunmei, 62; Ms. Sun Xiaobai, 36 years old; Mr. Xuan Chengxi, 61; Mr. Zhang Zhiyou, 45 years old; Ms. Gao Shuhua, in her 40s; Ms. Lou Aiqing, 34; Ms. Xu Bing, 33 years old; Ms. Wang Aijuan, 43; Ms. Cao Guifen, 61 years old; Mr. Han Zhaohui, 65; Mr. Guo Huiming, 72 years old; Ms. Cui Zhimin, 66; Ms. Li Fang, about 57 years old; Ms. Liang Yunxia, 48; Ms. Liu Guixiang, 59 years old; Mr. Liu Jialiang, 60; Mr. Wang, 65 years old; Mr. Hao Shouzhong, in his late 70s; Ms. Chen Ruixue, 70 years old; Ms. Zhen Yixia, 36; Ms. Li Yinping, 37 years old; Mr. Mou Naiwu, 41; Ms. Guo Ping, 27 years old; Ms. Du Ruizhen, 62; Mr. Wang Xincan, 64 years old; Mr. Wang Yixin, 67; Mr. Meng Qingxi, in his 40s; Ms. Wu Jingxia, 29; Ms. Yang Huirong, 59 years old; Ms. Liu Qiying, 60.

Seventeen practitioners from Anqiu City: Ms. Su Baolan, 35 years old; Ms. Guo Ruixue, in her 60s; Mr. Niu Xigong, about 38 years old; Ms. Cao Guiying, 66 years old; Mr. Song Xishan, 67; Ms. Song Jinfang, 36 years old; Wang Shiyun's mother-in-law, in her 80s; Mr. Sun Zhongren, 90; Ms. Li Chunhong, 71 years old; Mr. Zhang Guanglin, 68; Ms. Wang Lanfen, 62 years old; Mr. Zhou Chengsen, 72; Mr. Zhang Hua, 76 years old; Ms. Ji Xiulan, 45; Mr. Zhou Baisheng, 35 years old; Ms. Zhou Shurong, fe58; Ms. Wang Zuoying, about 33 years old.

Twelve practitioners from Changyi City: Mr. Liu Shuchun, about 38 years old; Ms. Zhang Xiangxia, 35; Mr. Wang Shuying, 73 years old; Liu Weihe, 62; Ms. Yu Guizhen, 66 years old; Mr. Zhang Baiyong, 42; Ms. Yang Quanming, 67 years old; Ms. Yu Zhihua, 67; Ms. Liu Jianmin, in her 60s; Mr. Wang Youling, 90 years old; Mr. Wang Rucheng; Ms. Li Huiling, 39 years old.

Nine practitioners lived in Zhucheng City: Ms. Yang Guizhen, in her 40s; Ms. Ma Yanfang, in her 30s; Ms. Li Xianglan, 49 years old; Mr. Wang Jihua, 30; Mr. Li Hai, 70 years old; Ms. Ma Yuying, 60; Mr. Huang Anwen; Ms. Ma Guixiang; Mr. Li Haishan, 61 years old.

Seven practitioners from Shouguang City: Mr. Li Huixi, 40 years old; Mr. Liu Zengqiang, 22; Ms. Wang Lanxiang, 60 years old; Ms. Li Guojun, 37; Mr. Li Guangdong, 65 years old; Mr. Jiang Yimin, 60; Mr. Qi Zhanshan, 73 years old.

Four practitioners from Changle County: Ms. Wang Xiujuan, in her 30s; Ms. Zhao Fenghua, about 53 years old; Mr. Sun Jianqiu, in his 40s; Mr. Song Bingren, 69.

One practitioner from Qingzhou City: Ms. Zhen Fangying, 54 years old.

One practitioner from Gaomi City: Mr. Wang Wuke, 26.

One practitioner from Linqu City: Ms. Yi Guangde, 51 years old.

Among the 85 practitioners tortured to death in Weifang City, the oldest was 90-year- old Mr. Sun Zhongren from Anqiu City, and the youngest was 22-year-old Mr. Liu Zengqiang, who was enrolled at the Chinese Literature Department of Weifang Teacher Training College. They were abused and killed because they persisted in their beliefs.

Ms. Chen Zixiu was the first Falun Gong practitioner tortured to death in Weifang City. She was 59 years old and lived in Xujiaxiaozhuang, Beiguan, Weicheng District. On the afternoon of February 17, 2000, she was abducted at Weifang Train Station on her way to Beijing to validate Dafa. She was detained at the Chengguan Street Committee in the Weicheng District. At 9:00 a.m. on February 21, 2000, Ms. Chen Zixiu was beaten to death by perpetrators at the Chengguan Street Committee. After her death was exposed, her daughter Zhang Xueling was illegally sent to forced labor.

Practitioner Ms. Su Baolan was tortured to death and her family abducted and sent to forced labor. Ms. Su was 35 years old and lived at Shirenpo, Shidui Town, Anqiu City. In October 1999, Ms. Su and her parents, two sisters and her five-year-old nephew went to Beijing to validate Dafa. They were abducted and detained. Ms. Su left home to avoid further persecution. She returned home in October 2001 and was abducted by officers from Shidui Town Police Station and from the Anqiu City 610 Office. She was sent to Anqiu City's 610 Office Brainwashing Class. In early November 2001, Ms. Su's body was found in a reservoir in Sanhe Village, Songguantuan Town in Anqiu City.

In October 2000, Ms. Su Baolan's father and her second younger sister were illegally sentenced to three years of forced labor, and her mother and youngest sister were forced into exile. Su Baolan's father and her second younger sister were released in late 2003. After they returned home, her second sister gave up Dafa practice out of fear. Still, the perpetrators didn't let up in their persecution. On March 15, 2005, police officers from Anqiu City ransacked the homes of Su Baolan's parents and both of her sisters. They also abducted her parents and her youngest sister. Su Baolan's father was incarcerated at the Anqiu City Detention Center for one month and was fined 2,000 yuan before he was released. Su Baolan's youngest sister was held at the same detention center for one month and was fined 10,000 yuan. She was then sent to a forced labor camp. Anqui police officials extorted over 40,000 yuan from Su Baolan's youngest sister .

Practitioner Mr. Liu Shuchun was abducted and sent to Changle Forced Labor Camp, where he died from one hour of torture. Mr. Liu Shuchun was around 38 years of age and was a farmer in Sandazhang Village, Songzhuang Town, Changyi City, Weifang. On January 3, 2001, Mr. Liu was arrested and sent to Group 2, Division 2 at Changle Forced Labor Camp in Weifang. Han Huiyue, the head of Group 2; Zhu Weile, deputy head of Division 2; and other perpetrators ordered inmates Liu Chunxiang, Zhang Jintao, Niu Zhongxin, Tian Weixiang, and Liu Xuetian to brutally torture him. Mr. Liu persisted in his belief and refused to follow their orders. The inmates whipped him with a triangular belt for one hour, and one inmate hit his head with a hard stool, killing him instantly.

The heavenly principle that good and evil will be repaid accordingly will never change. There have been many instances of perpetrators and police officers receiving retributions. After his release from the labor camp, Zhang Jintao, the inmate who murdered practitioner Mr. Liu Shuchun, was run over by a car and his body was cut in two. From these cases, people are able to see that the CCP has relied on lies and slander to persecute Falun Gong.
