(Clearwisdom.net) Around June 4, 2005, people surprisingly found resignation statements from persons withdrawing from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its related organizations, as well as signs with the words, "More than 2 Million People Withdraw from CCP," "Heaven will Eliminate the CCP," and "Withdrawing from the CCP Ensures One's Safety" on stone stools in public parks, on streets, at swimming pools, at bus stations, on buses, and on utility poles.

A resignation statement posted at a university campus said, "Heaven will eliminate the CCP, while withdrawing from the CCP will protect you from being eliminated. I was a CCP member and made great contributions to the CCP. I feel fortunate to have been able to read the 'Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party' in my 70s. This series of articles allowed me to see clearly that the end of the CCP is coming. The articles also helped me understand that when I took the oath in front of the CCP's blood-red flag, the evil spirit stamped me with the mark of the beast. If I continue being part of the evil or the vicious CCP coerces me to be its member, when history punishes the CCP, I will be dragged toward destruction as a member. In that case, I'm not being responsible to my own life. Therefore, I solemnly announce to the people of the world that I resign from the CCP and all organizations related to the CCP so as to purge the mark of the beast." His wife, children and grandchildren also announced their withdrawals in the same statement. They also called upon citizens to awaken and quit all organizations related to the CCP.

A statement by a person named Zheng Yi was posted at the gate of a police officer's school. It stated, "I've been poisoned by the CCP culture since I was a small child. Consequently, I joined the 'Young Pioneers' and the 'Communist Youth League.' In my first year working as an instructor in this school after my graduation, I joined the CCP and thought that I could only repay my homeland this way. I'm lucky to have had the chance to read the 'Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party,' which allowed me to realize that the CCP's rule has resulted in officials' rampant corruption, suppression of common people, and tyranny. The 'Three Oppositions,' the 'Five Oppositions,' the 'Movement Against the Right Wing,' the "Cultural Revolution,' the 'June 4 Massacre' and the 'Suppression of Falun Gong' clearly show that the CCP's history is a history of killing, and a history of deception and violence, which is intolerable. I therefore solemnly announce my withdrawal from the CCP and all related organizations so as to get rid of the terrible mark of the beast."

A statement from twelve people was posted on a bulletin board on a street. The statement read, "Recently we had the opportunity to read the 'Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party' published by The Epoch Times. We are quite shocked. The party's evil deeds are too numerous to mention. Heaven, earth and mankind are extremely outraged at it. The articles allowed me to clearly see through the party's vile nature. It becomes imperative to clear away the CCP's evil spirit that possesses us. Looking back at all the movements launched by the CCP since it took power in China, the party claimed the purpose of each movement was mainly for education, but in reality, it used the subtlest and most sinister means to persecute people. One can see it in its movements, including the land reform, suppression of counterrevolutionaries, elimination of counterrevolutionaries, Three Oppositions, Five Oppositions, and the 'Great Leap Forward' which led to the big famine in which tens of millions of people died from starvation. The tragedies caused by the 'Great Cultural Revolution' spread to the entire country. The June 4 suppression of the student movement led to the massacre in Beijing. In the oppression of Falun Gong, the party deceives people all over the world, utilizing all means to slander and defame Falun Gong. We firmly break away from the CCP. Therefore we solemnly declare that we completely quit the CCP, the Communist Youth League, and the Young Pioneers so as to be free of the marks of the beast.
