Ms. Wang Guihuan is a practitioner from Tianmen City, Hubei Province. She was brutally persecuted by members of Tianmen City 610 Office. Even her family participated in abusing her. She disappeared in 2003, and there has been no news about her since then.

Ms. Jiang Xiuxiang, 41, is practitioner from Rongcheng City, Shandong Province. After July 20, 1999, she went to Beijing to appeal twice. The first time the police arrested and mercilessly beat her. They detained her in the Renhe hotel. In May 2005, she went to appeal for the second time, but the police arrested her on her way to Beijing. She was held at the detention center for 46 days and was brutally tortured. Ms. Jiang didn't give up cultivation and refused to write the Three Statements. She was then sent to a mental hospital.
