(Clearwisdom.net) On the evening of November 24, 2005, police from Dongchengfang Township, Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province abducted female Falun Gong practitioners Liu Jizhi (51 years old) and Han Yuzhi (42 years old) from their homes in Xitong Village, Dongchengfang Township. At 2 p.m. on November 25, policeman He Xuejian raped Liu Jizhi and Han Yuzhi during the interrogation and detention at the Dongchengfang Township Police Station, causing severe damage to the victims and their family members.

Unfortunately, this case is not an isolated incidence.

In the last six years, Falun Gong practitioners have risked their lives to continuously expose the persecution. Their efforts made it possible for us to see the Jiang political scoundrel group's horrific and shocking, yet systematic and formalized persecution against Falun Gong practitioners. The organized sexual abuse of female Falun Gong practitioners was the most appalling. Behaviors that make a person unworthy of being human, such as sexual abuse and rape, have become an important part of the police's law "enforcement" while they actually violate the laws.

Examples to illustrate this point abound. The police from Chongqing City raped Ms. Wei Xingyan, a female graduate student from Chongqing University and a Falun Gong practitioner. The Masanjia Labor Camp in Liaoning Province stripped eighteen female Falun Gong practitioners and threw them into a male jail cell to be raped. Police at the Dalian Forced Labor Camp in Liaoning Province instigated inmates convicted of drug crimes to torture a female Falun Gong practitioner by sexually abusing her. The convicts striped the practitioner naked, stretched her limbs out and tied them down in that position, stuffed chili peppers into her vagina, and stabbed the handle of a mop and three toothbrushes (tied together) into her vagina. Blood streamed down her legs and she was in great pain. She never fully recovered and was left with severe back pains. Not even young girls are spared from the sexual abuse.

Tang Yubao, team leader of the Second Team at Longshan Forced Labor Camp in Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, described himself as follows: "Without this skin (meaning the police uniform), I'm just a thug." Actually, these depraved people are wolves in man's skin. The CCP's persecution needs exactly this kind of scum to implement Jiang's policy of elimination, termed to "ruin their reputation, bankrupt them financially, and destroy them physically," and to use all sorts of torture methods to persecute Falun Gong practitioners.

There's a popular saying in China, "Local mobs used to be deep in the mountains; now they are in the police force." Actually, the violence committed by mobs in the past was child's play compared to the CCP's police violence. What the mobs didn't have was the uniforms, "legal" identity, and government salary that the CCP has given these scoundrel policemen. Their "job" is to use wicked means (including rape) to systematically persecute Falun Gong practitioners. There are even bonuses. Su Jing, the chief of the Second Women's Section at Masanjia Forced Labor Camp in Liaoning, once received a bonus of 50,000 yuan for her "achievements" in persecuting Falun Gong practitioners. At the end of 2001, Longshan Forced Labor Camp in Shenyang City received 400,000 yuan in bonuses because of their "achievements" in persecuting Falun Gong practitioners. Zhangshi Forced Labor Camp in Shenyang received 500,000 yuan. This is the truth about the persecution, which is a disaster for the Chinese people under the CCP's violent rule.

That explains why when policeman He Xuejian raped the two female practitioners, the other policeman in the room who was lying on another bed only turned a few times and watched, but said and did nothing to stop the rapes. The CCP was backing and encouraging this kind of violence. This is the implementation of the Jiang group's secret order: No punishment is too severe for Falun Gong practitioners.

Uniformed and vile rapists such as He Xuejian appeared in large numbers in the CCP and Jiang group's organized scoundrel activities and rapes. It would be an enormous humiliation to the human race to tolerate this inhumane behavior and do nothing about it.

Falun Gong practitioners have been persecuted in Mainland China for more than six years. Nearly 3,000 people have died from the persecution, including many deaths from torture. Despite the tragic, severe persecution, and despite the sexual abuses and facial deformation done to female Falun Gong practitioners, not one single policeman or policewoman has received any punishment. Such long-term crimes can go unpunished until today is because of several reasons: former CCP leader Jiang Zemin's policy of elimination, the tolerance and encouragement of the crimes by the current CCP leaders, and instigation and backing by corrupt officials at all levels of the CCP government. Policeman He's wickedness and violence reflected the wicked, evil party behind him.

The international community cannot stand by while such horrific atrocities continue. The persecution of Falun Gong must end, and rapists like He Xuejian, and ringleaders of the persecution Jiang Zemin, Luo Gan, Liu Jing and Zhou Yongkang must be brought to justice. This is the wish of all good and just people of the world.
