(Clearwisdom.net) Radio France International (RFI) broadcast the following report in Mandarin to Asian and Pacific area and the Mandarin-speaking area of Paris on July 18, 2004:

Yesterday in Taipei, about four thousand Taiwanese Falun Gong practitioners held group practice and a candlelight vigil to commemorate the persecuted Falun Gong practitioners in China. They also announced the establishment of the "Taiwan Mission to Rescue the Persecuted Falun Gong Practitioners" to support Falun Gong in China.

In addition, at the same time, in the 13^th district's Chinatown, Falun Gong practitioners in France staged a live demonstration accompanied by explanation to display to the public the persecution encountered by practitioners in Mainland China.

In addition, related activities will be held in the Human Rights Plaza (in Paris) this afternoon.
