Additional Facts About the Torture Death of Dafa Practitioner Li Xifang from Tonghua City, Liaoning Province

(Clearwisdom.net) Dafa practitioner Ms. Li Xifang, 58, was an employee of the Tonghua City Zhanqian Paper Mill in Liaoning Province. She resided at Jianshe Avenue Heping Road, near the 531st Hospital. Ms. Li had suffered from several diseases, including nephritis. She fully recovered after practicing Falun Gong. After Jiang's regime began persecuting Falun Gong in 1999, Ms. Li was illegally held for one month because she practiced Falun Gong exercises in Laozhan Square. In February 2001 she was taken away to the local brainwashing center to be persecuted. On September 18, 2001 Ms. Li went to Beijing to validate Falun Dafa, and was tortured to death there. The policemen claimed that she had jumped to her death from a building. If this were true, then why did they refuse an autopsy to be done and forbid the family members to look at her body closely' Her 7-year-old grandson looked at her body from the outside the reposing room, and said that Ms. Li's head was swollen badly and had a hole in it. During the week of September 19-25, her husband had been negotiating and raising many questions with the Beijing police. However, the police could not answer any of the questions.
