Beijing's Second Intermediate Court Premeditated the Framing of Dafa Practitioner Wang Yi and Others

Beijing's Second Intermediate Court has already tried two times to frame Dafa practitioners Wang Yi, Dan Ling, Bai Lili, Guo Weimin, Jin Yuantao, Zhang Zhenzhong, Xu Ruohui, etc. For printing over 1 million Falun Gong flyers, these practitioners will be sentenced this month.

According to inside information from police, the court will persecute these practitioners "with severe punishment." They will each be sentenced to at least 10 years, and Wang Yi could be illegally sentenced to over 20 years. After the persecution of Falun Gong began on July 20, 1999, because of Jiang's personal interests, Mainland China's media has become a tool for framing Falun Gong. It has become a monopoly of deceit, fabrication and distributing lies to denigrate Falun Gong. People have ignored the real evidence, which is that Jiang's regime is brutally slaughtering Falun Gong practitioners. Innumerable Falun Gong practitioners have been persecuted to the point where their homes have been cleared away, their spouses and children have left them, and their family members have been broken up or even died. The number of practitioners being forced into insanity, handicapped, or murdered, ascends every day. However, the Chinese media has never reported any of these things. Wang Yi and the other Dafa practitioners use peaceful methods to tell the truth of Falun Gong to the world's people, reflecting a genuine human conscience, and it is also a righteous act that is responsible to the country! Those 1 million flyers are far from the amount of fabricated propaganda disseminated in newspapers by the media, and are far from enough material in order to save the hundreds of millions of Chinese citizens being deceived by lies! Those practitioners should not be sentenced with severe punishments; in fact they should not be sentenced at all. There is no guilt in telling the truth! The ones who should be sent to prison are those scums of our nation who utilize media to fabricate deceit, cheat the government, and mislead people.

The People's Congress Conference that ended in March passed a constitutional amendment case in which for the first time, "protecting human rights" was introduced to the constitution since liberation. However, a country's respect for human rights is not revealed through superficially adding an item into the law. The law should be applied; doing otherwise is a violation of the law. Jiang's regime's treatment towards Wang Yi and the other practitioners undoubtedly proves that Jiang's group only wants to use the added law to camouflage their own true ugly face!

At the time of the UN Human Rights Conference this year, China's capital, Beijing, is tragically and brutally trampling over human rights. Beijing practitioners strongly call upon the attention of the world's kind-hearted people that the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners is taking place in China.
