Recently, while sending forth righteous thoughts to eliminate the evil beings and elements in other dimensions on the top of every, I have come to some understandings about sending forth righteous thoughts and studying the Fa. I would like to share these understandings with my fellow practitioners and ask for your feedback and corrections.

As seen from within our bodies, supernormal capabilities are sent out from our thoughts and from the microcosmic parts of our bodies; they are charging towards the macrocosmic levels and being sent out from the surface. As seen from the space outside our bodies, the supernormal capabilities charge through the distant, immense microcosmic universes to the Three Realms and to Earth. When our minds are in a peaceful, compassionate state, the supernormal capabilities are able to come forth smoothly from the surface of our bodies and from our upright palms. If our minds are not peaceful, or if we can't concentrate and have impure thoughts, the supernormal capabilities will be blocked or interfered with when being sent forth from the surface of our bodies. As seen from the outside dimensions, the power of our supernormal capabilities is lessened. The main body that is sending forth righteous thoughts is our surface body, whereas the parts that are achieving an effect are the cultivated parts at the microcosmic levels. If we over-emphasize the role of our surface bodies and think about "trying our best" when sending forth righteous thoughts, or if we feel nervous because we have too many other thoughts, then this may impede our righteous thoughts from fully realizing their effectiveness.

When studying the Fa, it is my surface body that is reading the book. At the same time, at the microcosmic level, I am also studying the Fa. I am playing an active role on the surface while, at the same time, I am changing rapidly at the microcosmic level. If we cannot maintain a peaceful mind when studying the Fa, it will interfere with us and prevent our cultivated parts at the microcosmic level from assimilating to Dafa. It is my understanding that my being at the microcosmic level is in fact comprised of the countless sentient beings from the cosmos' heavenly bodies that I represent. During the course of individual cultivation, when we have attachments or messy thoughts, or when our faith in Dafa is not steadfast, this will interfere with and inhibit our cultivated side from playing its role, causing us to be unable to pass the test smoothly.

I feel that understanding the Fa based on the Fa's principles will help us become more rational and, at the same time, help us in Fa-rectification and cultivation.
