Beginning from the time when the head of the evil visited Germany, I started to participate in sending forth righteous thoughts around the clock. In the beginning, I felt it difficult; I could not concentrate my mind, I felt sleepy and afraid of the difficulties. I knew the effect of my sending forth righteous thoughts was not good, so I often thought about giving it up, and wanted to wait until the effect was better. But after a second thought, I realized wasn't it the same as giving in to the evil, so I forced myself to insist on doing this.

Two days later, the situation changed dramatically. Although I could not see anything in other dimensions, I now experienced that whenever I sat down, I could immediately calm down, went into tranquility, a very deep tranquility, as if I went to another existing form in other dimensions. Not only did all the uncomfortable feelings and leg aches disappear, but I also felt extremely splendid. The more righteous thoughts I sent forth, the more I wanted to send. I felt that the evils were so small that "a tiny finger will be more than enough to crush it." (Zhuan Falun)

Today, when I read "As a person sits there, without moving his hands or feet, he is able to do what others cannot do even with their hands and feet" from Lecture One in Zhuan Falun, I enlightened like most other practitioners had been enlightened: How much precious time we have wasted! Why do we always make such slow progress in cultivation? It's all because of the lack of studying the Fa with a tranquil mind!
