On the evening of November 20, 2001, the 1998 Nobel Peace Prize Winner John Hume was interviewed at the California Institute of Technology. We thought it was a good chance to ask his help to rescue Zhao Ming. Several of us went to the Institute.

After Mr. Hume finished the interview, we stepped forward to shake his hand and give him some Dafa literature. Hearing our purpose of the visit, Mr. Hume inquired about Zhao Ming and his current situation and said that he would read the materials carefully and think about how to help us.
