(Minghui.org) Minghui only calls for practitioners to submit cultivation experience sharing articles twice a year, and the 25th Annual Falun Dafa Day Call for Papers invitation has been sent. This is a good opportunity for practitioners to validate the Fa and for practitioners around the world to cooperate as a whole.
Some practitioners in our area already started writing articles, while others are hesitant. Some say they have nothing to write about because they feel they have not cultivated well.
I feel that they might not understand the Fa well and might not cherish this opportunity to participate in Minghui’s call for papers.
One sentence in the notice left me with a deep impression, “It is difficult to become human [in the cycle of reincarnation]; regardless of age, race, occupation, and nationality, all people living in this period can cultivate compassion and accumulate virtue, elevate their intrinsic character, and thereby realize the true meaning of their existence.” (Notice: Call for Submissions to Commemorate World Falun Dafa Day 2024)
I feel that if we “... accumulate virtue, elevate their intrinsic character ...,” we are validating the Fa.
If we are truly practicing Falun Dafa and cultivating ourselves, we have insights into the deeper meanings of the Fa, identify and eliminate our attachments, and elevate. When we have these experiences, no matter how big or small the matter may appear on the surface, it is validating the Fa; it shows that Dafa guides our lives. We are able to let go of our human notions and improper thoughts, and elevate our character and realm.
I believe that every Falun Dafa practitioner has had such experiences, and writing down these experiences is validating the Fa. We are Dafa disciples, and the focus should be on how we can better validate Dafa, rather than on whether one can write, has a story, or if it’s good enough.
I want to remind my fellow practitioners that the deadline for this year’s essay is April 15, less than a month away, and I hope that those who have not yet written an experience-sharing article will do so as soon as possible.
This is my understanding at my current level. Please kindly point out anything that is not in accordance with the Fa.
